ABOUT

A value-driven Leader who accelerates teams’ performance,
I manage the program resources for Enterprise programs (CyberSec, SAP deployment, Agile transformation, M&A integration) at high-growth companies in Orange County.
Deliver on budget programs of $15M, with teams of 650+.

I am inspired by Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle framework – Why, How, What: successful leaders and organizations start with a clear purpose (“Why”), then define their process (“How”), and finally execute their product or service (“What”).

While not endorsing a particular project management method, this philosophy aligns well with Agile and Servant Leadership approaches, where purpose-driven leadership fosters collaboration and adaptability.

Advocates for an infinite mindset when dealing with uncertainty in project planning. He argues that businesses and leaders should embrace unpredictability rather than resist it, seeing it as an opportunity for innovation and resilience.

Instead of chasing stability—which he describes as an illusion—Sinek encourages leaders to focus on adaptability, long-term vision, and continuous learning. His philosophy suggests that uncertainty should be navigated with optimism, fostering trust and collaboration rather than fear.’

As Project Manager for emerging technologies in electric vehicles (EV) and power systems (Vehicle to Grid, Distributed Energy Resources, Quantum Networking, Cybersecurity), I coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and innovation with Design Thinking framework.
I ensure that all stages of the project, from initiation and design to execution and closing, are aligned with the strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. It requires meticulous planning, risk management, and continuous communication with stakeholders to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities. • Responsible for the Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) workstream ($5.5M budget) in Deployment, delivering on the system validation, process readiness, training preparedness, stakeholder confidence,
• Manage the deliverables with PMO (Deloitte) and System Integrator (Infosys); representation of CSRP at the Safety Council, 24/7 oversight of the Cutover Dress Rehearsals,

• BI Analytics Program Manager (1099) – Tempest House/LogMeIn, remote Feb – May 2019 Developed API from JIRA Agile to Tableau based on reporting requirements to increase portfolio visibility
InfoSec Program Manager (1099) – InScope/Trace3/Jeppesen, Denver, CO June - Sep 2018 2 | Page Stabilized Top10 networking cyber security critical issues (Next Gen Firewall F5, Qualys vulnerabilities, RSA NetWitness/ECAT 11.1 upgrade) on scope containment on a $5M budget. Solved ambiguous problems.
• Program Management Officer (W2) – Scalian/Airbus/Zodiac, Cypress, CA Feb – May 2018 Delivered on the Plateau Recovery Program for Airbus ($67B major aero company) at Zodiac ($5B Cabin Interiors vendor for Airbus). Reduced the Top10 critical issues to Top3 four months ahead of schedule.

Multiple roles at Thales, a $15B major worldwide electronics company specializing in aerospace. Led change management for Structured Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to replace legacy waterfall development method, for 550 FTE Engineers + 100 contractors.
• Stabilized Engineering Operations including Resource Planning, Processes, Practices and Tools (PPTs), and Transformation / Continuous Improvement (CI/CD). Represented Quality Analysis in AS9100 and OEMs (Boeing, Airbus, Embraer) audits with successful completion.
• Planned Program Increment (PI) with Scrum Masters and Product Owners on SAFe using VersionOne (Agile ALM) and Jira (Issue tracking) for six Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Reported on Burnup and Velocity. On-Time Delivery (OTD) increased to 90% versus 65% six months prior.

    At the Digital Document Solutions (DDS) department, aligned with the Lean Management and Earned Value
    Management company’s initiatives, streamline the workflow and turn the accounts profitable, by achieving 50% efficiency gains after the first 6 months.
  • Assisted the Professional Services Group manager in stabilizing the revenue stream immediately and generate a $500K increase in the first 90 days, by scrutinizing the backlog of existing customers (aerospace, engineering, finance, government) for potential value-add opportunities

  • Turnaround production by streamlining the production workflows, and saving $550K in allocated leased space
  • Managed project of a Web-based archival & retrieval solution on the Maintenance Overhaul Documentation library for the Tech Authoring department, including the documentation for the Geared Flight Control, total +15M images

  • For every client (aerospace, education, medical, government) and every batch run, established clear metrics, processing methodologies, to maximize efficiency and the quality oriented Service Level Agreements
  • Introduced business IT analytics on hardware maintenance, operators’ averages, production logs
